We're home. The weekend at my dad's was really quite enjoyable. I feel a touch guilty we didn't stay longer, because really, we're unemployed and have no where to be tomorrow. D would have stayed if I'd asked him to, but we hadn't planned on leaving the cat any longer than two days. D was already sure he was wasting away to nothing. Ha. Ha ha ha.

Tomorrow I shall brave the stores again. I have a few things still to buy and also some to return. For some reason, when I have stuff to return, I have to do that as soon as possible because it's money that needs to come back to me right NOW. And if I wait, the item or the receipt or both will vanish, therefore so will the money and I won't have that. No siree.

I'm also going to hit all the job boards tomorrow to see if there's anything new. Then I'll probably give that a rest until we return from Vegas (whee! 14 days!). I can't imagine anyone really interviewing or hiring right now.

Oh, and tomorrow I must write, produce, stuff, address and mail my (now our) annual holiday letter. I haven't the slightest clue what I'll write, but the year's been a good one, so I've got lots of material to work with.

Geez, I'm busy tomorrow. I'd better get some sleep.
