The boyfriend was supposed to be here for the whole weekend. But the weather got nasty where he is and he thought it best not to risk life and limb to make the two hour trek south. Whatever.

No, really, it was the right decision, but I miss him. So I proceeded to drink 3/4 of a bottle of my favorite wine to drown my sorrows. Whee!

I'm volunteering for a couple hours tomorrow then have the rest of the weekend to keep Clean Sweep-ing my way to uncluttered fabulousness, now that I don't have fun stuff to do this weekend. The room I'm sitting in right now (second bedroom/office) is ripe for my attention. It's become my repository for all things "what do I do with this?" I definitely don't have enough storage in this room, so I may bring up an item or two from my basement. I have two small bookshelves down there (still in boxes from my move over four years ago) and one would easily fit in the shallow closet so I could stack stuff on the shelves. Or I have a small shallow three drawer dresser that could fit in the closet, but I don't really want to 'hide' more stuff. I need to have it visible (even in the closet) to keep me honest, saving only what's really needed/important.
